Within 24–72 hours, we share profiles of pre-vetted developers who meet your criteria — ready to join immediately.

STEP 03
Technical Interviews (Optional)
You can conduct interviews or give test tasks to validate technical and communication skills — or skip this if you trust our vetting process.

STEP 04
Onboarding & Kickoff
Once approved, the developer(s) are onboarded into your tools, workflows, and communication channels — usually within 1–3 days.

STEP 06
Daily Collaboration
Your developers work full-time with your team, follow your time zone overlap, attend daily standups, and report progress regularly.

STEP 07
Monthly Billing
We charge on a monthly basis — no hidden fees. You'll receive a simple invoice at the start of each month for each developer you onboard.
